Hi there, welcome to my website!
I am a Lecturer in Management Science and Operations at the University of Bristol Business School. My research focuses on operational fairness and consumer protection in digital markets. I model consumer decision-making from a behavioral perspective, examine how cognitive biases shape market outcomes, and explore interventions that could mitigate these risks. My recent research project examines consumers’ time preferences, including time discounting and utility from anticipation, in Buy Now Pay Later loan choices.
Before joining UoB, I gained my Ph.D. at Cornell University, SC Johnson College of Business. I also worked as a data analyst at Wells Fargo in Charlotte, North Carolina.
I currently live on a working farm in Newton St Loe (a village near Bath) with my husband and our three fur babies, two dogs and one cat. In my free time, I enjoy bouldering, cycling, ancient history/coins, and Homeric Greek.
